Printer Issues

  • Not Connecting: Check Bluetooth pairing before opening app. Ensure same WiFi for Network printers.
  • Garbage Printing: Reset printer. Check Baud Rate.

Sync Issues

  • Not Saving: Check internet connection. Look for cloud sync icon.

Login Issues

  • Invalid PIN: Contact Admin to reset in Users & Roles.
  • Suspended: Contact Store Owner.
