Users & Roles

Managing Roles

Define what staff can do (e.g., Cashier vs. Manager).

  1. Navigate: Users & Roles > Roles.
  2. Add: Tap +. Enter Name (e.g., "Cashier").
  3. Permissions: Toggle access (POS, Dashboard, Settings, etc.).
  4. Save.

Managing Users

Create accounts for your staff.

  1. Navigate: Users & Roles > Users.
  2. Add: Tap +. Enter Name, Mobile, and Email.
  3. Security: Set a 6-digit PIN for login.
  4. Role: Select a role (e.g., Cashier).
  5. Status: Toggle Active to enable login.
