Desko Invoice helps a business create professional invoices and estimates, track payments, generate PDFs, send documents, manage customers/items, and prepare compliance workflows.

Recommended workflow

  1. Complete Business Profile with logo, country, currency, tax number, email, phone, and time zone.
  2. Configure Document Settings for invoice, estimate, and payment receipt numbering.
  3. Add common Customers, Items, and Tax Categories.
  4. Create an invoice or estimate.
  5. Preview the document, choose template, then download, print, share, or send.
  6. Record payments from the invoice overview page.
  7. Use payment receipts and reminders to manage follow-up.
  8. Use GST/ZATCA pages only after the profile and compliance data are completed.
