Recommended workflow
- Complete Business Profile with logo, country, currency, tax number, email, phone, and time zone.
- Configure Document Settings for invoice, estimate, and payment receipt numbering.
- Add common Customers, Items, and Tax Categories.
- Create an invoice or estimate.
- Preview the document, choose template, then download, print, share, or send.
- Record payments from the invoice overview page.
- Use payment receipts and reminders to manage follow-up.
- Use GST/ZATCA pages only after the profile and compliance data are completed.
